The landlady was unbelievably friendly and welcoming, giving us awesome recommendations for food and places to visit. The apartment was spotless with complete bathroom and kitchen facilities. It was conveniently located near the town center and shops, with a supermarket and petrol station nearby. The beds were super comfortable with clean white sheets and towels, and there were even electric blankets! The heater in the living room worked like a charm, and the free wifi was a bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided coffee, tea, and sugar. Despite being along a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet. Special shoutout to Heather for being understanding and allowing us to cancel a night's stay last minute without penalty. Can't wait to stay here again!

The apartment was close to Albany International airport, 0.5 miles. Helpful property's staff. Their service was excellent too. Although the bed was quite hard, I loved the apartment.

The bathroom here was terrible.

The motel is in a prime location, and we were blown away by how clean and spacious the unit was. The beds were incredibly comfy, and Tracy, the staff member, went above and beyond to help us even outside of regular hours. The kitchen facilities were great, although we had to plan our breakfasts as there were no nearby cafes. The 2-bedroom apartment with a spa was perfect for our family, providing privacy and convenience. The property was well-maintained, and our room had more than just the basic necessities, including a microwave and toaster. We appreciated the quietness of our room at the back of the property. our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for more. The free Wi-Fi, car park, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, clean and tidy apartments, each room has its own bathroom, spacious sitting area with a large table, plenty of hot water.

Spacious, comfy bed, free coffee/tea, iron & board - perfect for my wrinkles, flat screen TV - to watch my soaps. Loved the fire extinguisher and smoke detector - never know when I might start a fire.

Oh, just a minor detail. the Wi-Fi didn't work.

my recent stay in albany was even better than the last. the apartment was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, with a thoughtful host who provided helpful maps and brochures. the electric blanket was a lovely touch that kept us warm throughout our stay.

The location is very convenient, with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket close by. It is also within walking distance to the sights and the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful staff and good Wi-Fi service.

The hotel lacks additional facilities such as a restaurant, gym, or pool.

Who needs WiFi anyway? It's so much fun to hunt for a signal and use a Laundromat off-premise for laundry.

Great location, close to shops and tourist areas. Clean and quiet with well-supplied kitchen. Comfortable bed with heating options. Easily accessible wifi. Good communication with owners.

Felt special, no reason to complain.
